Collection: Kanbayashi Shunsho

Established over 450 years ago during Japan's Eiroku era, Kanbayashi Shunsho stands as one of Uji's most esteemed tea houses. As the sole surviving lineage of the original Uji tea masters, the Kanbayashi family has been entrusted with crafting exceptional matcha for generations, including serving the Tokugawa shogunate. 

Their matcha is renowned for its vibrant color, deep umami, and silky texture, making it a favorite among tea ceremony schools such as Omotesenke and Urasenke.
